Lead UX Designer for a Software Company
Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead UX Designer to become a part of our global team.
responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team
- Manage stakeholders' expectations
- Analyze business and user requirements
- Build design solutions based on holistic product vision
- Transform research findings into design solutionsResearch and data processing
- Design decisions validation (quantitative and qualitative methods), work with analytics data
- Workshops planning and facilitation
- Work with internal Digital Platform Library
- Handoff designs to development team, quality control of development team work
requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design
- Strong product mindset
- Experience in conducting customer workshops
- Strong knowledge of UX methodology
- Experience in conducting UX research
- Experience in building products from scratch
- Strong visual skills
- Expert knowledge of design tools (Figma)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, able to initiate design activities and to work independently
- Good communication skills in English (at least B2)
