We invite a Lead Workforce Enablement Consultant to enhance our remote team.

This role encompasses aiding change management and training programs within IT projects, with an emphasis on Workforce Planning & Management. As a consultant, your interactions will span different departments, ensuring the successful execution of change management plans and the creation and delivery of training programs.

responsibilities
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Change Management Plan, ensuring effective execution across varied departments
  • Support in crafting and delivering training programs for administrators and business users
  • Liaise with stakeholders for feedback collection and change impact assessment
  • Assist in maintaining documentation pertaining to change management activities and training sessions
  • Organize workshops and training sessions, guaranteeing clear information presentation and comprehension by all participants
  • Gather feedback from training participants and other stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and propose enhancements
requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in aiding change management and training programs within IT projects
  • Practical expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and change management methodologies
  • Prior experience in assisting with cloud migrations or CMS platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills necessary for facilitating training sessions and supporting change communication initiatives
  • Capable of conducting training needs assessments and stakeholder impact assessments
  • English proficiency, requiring at least an advanced competency level for seamless communication with the team and stakeholders
