Maintenance & Support Team Lead 40 hrs/week, 12+ months

We are currently looking for a remote Maintenance & Support Team Lead to join our team.

The client is the biggest grocery retailer in the Netherlands. The stores are full-service markets (as opposed to discounters), known for their focus on quality stores and products.

Responsibilities

  • Cover Atlassian stack migration and post migration support scope

    Requirements

    • Experience with Atlassian products as Administrator
      • Experience and/or familiarity with JVMs, in-depth operating systems knowledge (e.g. Linux), and experience with databases and SQL
        • Well-rounded experience with 1 or more application servers (e.g. Tomcat, Apache, IIS, NGINX etc.)
          • Experience in one or more of the following: bash, Python, Groovy, Java
            • Thorough understanding of networks and relevant technologies, including proxies, load balancers, LDAP, Active Directory, SSL, etc.
              • Resolving customer issues involving code error diagnosis, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis
                • Experience analyzing and troubleshooting systems
                  • English level B1
                    • 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
