Middle Automation Tester (Python/Java/JavaScript) with AWS
We're looking for a Middle Automation Tester to join our team working remotely.
You will be responsible for preparing test plans, test cases, and test data, designing automation solutions from scratch, and creating both automation and manual test cases. You will be working on an exciting project that involves automated testing in Python and Web Service/API Test Automation. Your experience with Amazon S3 and Robot Framework will be highly valued. We also encourage candidates with experience in functional testing with production experience in automation and proficiency in other technology stacks such as Node.js, and Java with AWS experience to apply.
responsibilities
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and test data for automated testing in Python and Web Service/API Test Automation
- Design automation solutions from scratch and create both automation and manual test cases
- Conduct backend testing (API) and ensure that software products are functioning correctly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to conduct testing on various projects
- Provide detailed and accurate reports on testing outcomes and identify areas that require improvement
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing technologies and methodologies
requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automation testing with Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Excellent knowledge of Python and experience with Web Service/API Test Automation
- Ability to design automation solutions from scratch and create both automation and manual test cases
- Experience with backend testing (API)
- Good understanding of data-intense, data analysis, and real-time projects
- Fluent in English with an Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
nice to have
- Experience with AWS (S3, Cloudwatch, Lambda, CloudFormation)
- Familiarity with Robot Framework
- Experience in functional testing with production experience in automation can also be considered
