Middle Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our remote team, specializing in Supply Chain Operations.

The successful candidate will be tasked with constructing reports and queries for data extraction and analysis. They will also be required to work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to offer insights and suggestions. High proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Sigma, Tableau, and PowerBI is mandatory. Other essential attributes include strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, meticulousness, customer orientation, and fact-based decision-making.

responsibilities
  • Constructing reports and queries for data extraction and analysis with a focus on Supply Chain Operations
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to offer insights and suggestions
  • Utilizing data analytics to influence decision-making in cross-functional processes
  • Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all reporting and analysis
  • Engaging with mentors for ongoing learning and development of both technical and soft skills
requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis, specializing in Supply Chain Operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
  • Previous experience utilizing data analytics to drive recommendations in Supply Chain Operations
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Meticulous nature, strong customer orientation, and fact-based decision-making
  • Fluency in English for effective communication with cross-functional teams
nice to have
  • Familiarity with cross-functional processes including Demand Signals, E&O, Supply Distributions, Forward Buying, Customer Transitions, and LTO
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analysis using Tableau Desktop
  • Familiarity with JDA/Blue Yonder
