Middle Java Developer
We are seeking a driven and skilled Middle Java Developer to join our team. The successful applicant should have a minimum of 3 years of experience developing scalable applications. Your role will involve collaboration with a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers to design, develop, and test innovative software solutions. The project will focus on the development of scalable applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, JBoss, and RESTful API services. We're looking for someone who has a passion for technology and commitment to remaining current with the latest industry trends and best practices.
responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot, JBoss EAP, REST, and Web Services
- Implement and maintain Spring Security and Apache Maven
- Develop and maintain batch jobs using Hibernate and JBoss EAP
- Collaborate with the team to design and develop efficient databases using MySQL
- Partner with business analysts to identify and implement software solutions aligned with business requirements
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues
requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing scalable applications using Java (Core Java, Java 8)
- Strong experience with RESTful API services and efficient tuning of large-scale web applications
- Solid understanding of fundamental design principles for a scalable application
- Experience with test-driven development and Git
- Familiarity with Spring Boot & Security, JBoss
- Experience with Mybatis, Maria db, IBM MQs, Batch jobs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in English, with a competency level of at least upper-intermediate
nice to have
- Familiarity with Jenkins and BitBucket
- Strong SQL skills
