Middle Jira Developer
We are seeking a Middle Jira Developer to join our remote team and work on a complex data migration project with an emphasis on Asset Management. As a Jira Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining the project's Asset Management (CMDB) system, integrating it with IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions such as Jira and ServiceNow. You will work closely with the team to create high-quality software, ensuring that the project meets the client's requirements and is delivered on time.
responsibilities
- Create and modify workflows in Jira and ServiceNow
- Design, develop, debug and deploy Atlassian applications
- Develop and maintain integrations between Atlassian tools and other systems, including LDAP
- Perform complex data migration from legacy systems to Atlassian applications
- Create customer reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of issues with Atlassian solutions
- Provide technical support to users
requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Jira development and Asset Management
- Experience with Jira and Jira plugins
- Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ServiceNow
- Expertise in Atlassian and LDAP integrations
- Strong knowledge of Web Service and User Integration
- Excellent understanding of Asset and CMDB Module Implementation
- Ability to create Business Rules UI Actions using Glide scripts
- Experience with Script-based UI Policy and Client Script
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
nice to have
- Experience with other ITSM solutions such as BMC Remedy
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or Ruby
