Middle Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
We are seeking a Middle Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our remote team.
Your primary focus will be to support the implementation of Microsoft's Power Platform, specifically Dataverse and model-driven apps, to enhance the overall user experience and streamline project management processes. You will be responsible for transitioning existing Excel sheets and SharePoint Online to Dataverse, ensuring seamless integration with Power BI reports. Your expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365 CRM will be crucial in delivering a more efficient and user-friendly solution for managing execution processes and initiative tasks.
responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition Excel sheets and SharePoint Online to Dataverse
- Ensure seamless integration of Power BI reports with the new Dataverse-based solution
- Provide support in managing execution processes and initiative tasks using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Deliver training and support to end-users for the new solution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the project management processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
- Engage with your mentor for continuous learning and development of technical and soft skills
requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse and model-driven apps, and Excel
- Experience in transitioning data from Excel sheets and SharePoint Online to Dataverse
- Knowledge of Power BI reports and their integration with Dataverse-based solutions
- Experience in managing execution processes and initiative tasks using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
