Middle Node.js Developer
We are looking for a highly skilled Middle Node.js Developer to join our team remotely. Our client is a leading provider of cloud-based data solutions, and we are seeking a developer with a strong understanding of expressjs, nestjs, or koajs or equivalent framework and experience with GoF design patterns and SOLID principles. As a Middle Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cloud-based applications, working with a team of developers to ensure high-quality code and timely delivery.
responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable cloud-based applications using Node.js and its frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Write and maintain technical documentation for code and systems
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
requirements
- 2+ years of experience in development using JavaScript
- 1+ years of experience in development using Typescript
- Strong experience with Node.js and its frameworks like expressjs, nestjs or koajs
- Experience with AWS Cloud services such as Lambdas, ECS, Containers
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure management
- Experience with unit, integration, and e2e testing, including TDD and Mocks
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an intermediate level
nice to have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Knowledge of CloudFormation for infrastructure management
