Middle Node.js Developer
We are seeking a skilled Middle Node.js Developer to join our remote team, working on a cutting-edge project that revolutionizes the way people interact with technology. As a Node.js Developer, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop, test and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and frameworks, including Amazon Web Services, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Meteor, NestJS, Koa, Express, and Node.js. responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities
- Optimize application performance and scalability by identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and frameworks and apply them to the project
- Contribute to the development of technical specifications and project documentation
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by writing unit tests and integration tests
requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Node.js development, demonstrating your proficiency in developing scalable and maintainable code
- Experience in Amazon Web Services, including EC2, Lambda, and S3, showcasing your ability to deploy and manage applications in the cloud
- Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis, enabling you to design and optimize data models
- Experience in developing web applications using frameworks such as Meteor, NestJS, Koa, and Express, highlighting your ability to work with various technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Good understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
nice to have
- Experience in developing microservices and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and Angular
- Experience in DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in working with GraphQL and Apollo Server
