Middle Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a Middle Salesforce Developer to join our remote team, specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud. You will play a crucial role in the successful development and implementation of marketing automation campaigns and help integrate Salesforce with Adobe Engage. Working alongside a skilled team, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce to optimize marketing strategies, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth.
responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketo integration for sales leads and account-based marketing
- Create and maintain data extensions, audience segmentation, and personalized journey workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of marketing automation with other applications
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to marketing automation processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Sales Cloud objects and experience with Salesforce admin tools like Flows, Lighting Pages, etc.
- Good understanding of Marketing processes with experience in Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of marketing automation with other applications
- Proficient in English language, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level competency for hassle-free communication with the team and stakeholders
