We are looking for a Middle UX Designer to join our remote team and support the Conversation Platform team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing an exceptional experience for the virtual agent console and ChatGPT, along with defining and delivering the experience strategy. You will leverage human-centered design methods to address customer challenges and develop user journeys and user flows. Your work will involve providing wireframes and prototypes for concept testing, along with detailed visual and UX design supporting tactical efforts. You will provide governance strategy, including workflow, best practices, and documentation, while influencing strategy by articulating a coherent UX vision.

responsibilities
  • Design an exceptional experience for the virtual agent console and ChatGPT, along with defining and delivering the experience strategy
  • Use human-centered design methods to address customer challenges and develop user journeys and user flows
  • Provide wireframes and prototypes for concept testing, along with detailed visual and UX design supporting tactical efforts
  • Provide governance strategy, including workflow, best practices, and documentation
  • Influence strategy by articulating a coherent UX vision and explore diverse design directions and evaluate concepts
  • Facilitate idea generation with stakeholders and seek diverse feedback and anticipate addressing it proactively
  • Develop empathy and insights about customers based on data and define key goals across the design team and align stakeholders
  • Envision an ideal state vision and testable hypothesis and evolve and crystallize the ideal state vision based on testing
  • Bring the experience to life through implementation, content creation, and scaling
requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably with exposure to conversational platforms
  • Experience in Designing Customer Journey Maps, Wireframes and Prototypes
  • Ability to develop and deliver Design Documentation and Experience Strategies
  • Strong visual communication and prototyping skills
  • Ability to tailor communication for different audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid experience with human-centered design methods to address customer challenges
  • A portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, allowing effective communication with stakeholders across different teams
