Salesforce Business Solution Architect
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Solution Architect to join our remote team.
The ideal candidate should possess relevant knowledge of Core Clouds, especially Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and a desirable understanding of fundamental concepts in Prospect Engagement Solutions.
responsibilities
- Execute discovery from a business architecture perspective
- Participate in the development and rollout phases further with deliverables including Salesforce Capability Map, Business Processes Architecture L1/L2
- Lead the creation of the backlog RACI: A
- Contribution to High-level Solution Architecture
- Develop and implement Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud Best Practices
- Drive all business workshops
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of the Salesforce Business Architecture process
requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Architect, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Management in Salesforce, OWD, OLS, FLS, Account Management, and Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Experience leading the creation of the backlog RACI: A
- Ability to contribute to High-level Solution Architecture
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Experience Cloud Best Practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish at the C1 level, allowing effective communication with clients and teams
