Salesforce Marketing Business Solution Architect
We are looking for a Marketing Business Solution Architect to join our remote team.
The ideal candidate should possess relevant knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, setup and configuration of new instance/business unit, Emails and Email Template creation (HTML/CSS/AMPScript), Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Connect (SMS), WhatsApp connection, and development of a Custom Preference Center focusing on Consent.

- Execute discovery from a business architecture perspective
- Participate in the development and rollout phases further with deliverables
- Lead the creation of the EPIC-level backlog (RACI: A) and contribute to High-level Solution Architecture
- Drive all business workshops
- Develop Marketing Strategy & Optimization, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Best Practices, and Business Processes Architecture L1/L2
- Develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud Capability Map
requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Marketing Architect role or similar
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Triggered Messaging through Triggered Sends, Journey Builder, or Automations via ETL Files placed on SFMC Enhanced FTP
- Expertise in developing Marketing Strategy & Optimization, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Best Practices
- Experience in developing Business Processes Architecture L1/L2
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Capability Map
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced English level (C1) and Spanish proficiency
