Salesforce Technical Architect
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our remote team.
Your primary responsibility will be executing the discovery from a technical standpoint, participate in implementation cycle in future, and delivering key components. Your expertise in Core Clouds, specifically Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, will be critical in the integration strategy, data management strategy, high-level solution architecture, data migration strategy, and initial recommendations regarding data quality.
responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions for the Salesforce platform and ensure architecture alignment with business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration strategy, data management strategy, and high-level solution architecture
- Align with DevOps Best Practices and provide ROM estimations for backlog items
- Ensure data quality and provide initial recommendations for data cleansing and validation
- Manage the data migration strategy and estimate data migration effort
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce technologies and suggest improvements to the current architecture
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and participate in knowledge sharing sessions
requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Architect role or similar and have worked on projects involving Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Experience in executing the discovery from a technical standpoint
- Proven experience in the implementation cycle and delivering key components
- Knowledge of data management strategy, data migration strategy, and DevOps Best Practices
- Experience in data quality (cleansing, validation, etc.) and high-level estimation of data migration effort
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Fluency in spoken and written English at an advanced level (C1)
- Spanish at a C1+ level for effective communication with the team and stakeholders
