Salesforce Technical Architect I
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect I, well-versed in the intricacies of Salesforce Service Cloud, to become an integral part of our remote team.
In the role of an Associate Management Software Architect, you'll be pivotal in crafting and executing inventive solutions for patient service delivery, harnessing the potential of Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud. Your leadership will guide a team of adept developers, ensuring they stay at the forefront of evolving industry trends while delivering top-notch software solutions.
responsibilities
- Craft and deploy inventive solutions for patient service delivery, capitalizing on the capabilities of Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud
- Guide a team of developers, offering technical expertise, support, and mentorship
- Forge close collaborations with fellow developers and stakeholders to guarantee patient service solutions align with specified requirements
- Ensure all Salesforce systems adhere to the customer's infrastructure and security standards, following industry best practices
- Compose clean, efficient, and sustainable code using Salesforce Apex, optimizing backend system performance
- Troubleshoot intricate issues and furnish scalable, high-performing solutions to enhance overall functionality
- Champion innovation and ongoing enhancement in development practices and technologies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements
- Oversee and fine-tune the performance of Salesforce systems in the cloud environment
- Leverage Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud for effective patient management and service delivery
- Verify effective integration of all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes with Salesforce
requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- At least 2 projects in a technical team lead role with consistent hands-on involvement over the past 3 years
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Technical Architect, focusing on Health Cloud and Service Cloud, with a proven history of successful project delivery
- Hands-on experience in implementing patient service solutions, particularly with LEAP
- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Experience, and the Salesforce Security Model
- Adeptness in designing and implementing custom objects, fields, and workflows
- Understanding of integration technologies, including REST, SOAP, ESB, and ETL
- Capability to assess the impacts of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
- Substantial experience in the healthcare industry, with a profound comprehension of its distinct challenges and opportunities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for tackling intricate technical challenges and providing optimal solutions
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, showcasing excellent communication and coordination skills
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in the English language for effective communication with the team and stakeholders

- Certification in Health Cloud and Service Cloud
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records Systems, facilitating effective integration with Salesforce systems
- Experience in designing and implementing custom reports and dashboards, delivering valuable insights into patient service delivery
