We're on the lookout for a proficient Salesforce Technical Architect II specializing in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Patient Services Solution Implementation to join our remote team.

As a Technical Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients in the healthcare industry. Collaborating closely with a dynamic developer team, your focus will be on ensuring the delivery of top-notch software aligning with client requirements and industry best practices.

responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement cutting-edge solutions for healthcare clients, leveraging your deep knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Electronic Health Records Systems
  • Act as a subject matter authority in Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud, steering the team through best practices, guaranteeing the delivery of top-tier software
  • Foster close collaboration with fellow developers, stakeholders, and clients to verify solutions meet specified requirements
  • Spearhead the development team, offering technical expertise, support, and mentorship
  • Assure compliance with the Salesforce Security Model and client infrastructure and security standards across all systems, steadfastly adhering to best practices
  • Develop and sustain comprehensive technical documentation, effectively communicating software design and implementation
  • Propel innovation and ongoing enhancement in development practices and technologies
  • Monitor and optimize system performance in the Salesforce environment
  • Employ Salesforce LEAP for efficient project management and delivery
requirements
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
  • Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Architect, concentrating on Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Demonstrate at least 3 projects in a technical team lead role, actively engaging in hands-on work within the past 3 years
  • Exhibit experience in implementing Patient Service Solutions, particularly with LEAP
  • Showcase proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Experience, and the Salesforce Security Model
  • Display a solid grasp of Electronic Health Records Systems (EHRs) and their significance in the healthcare industry
  • Showcase outstanding problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate intricate technical challenges and offer optimal solutions
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, featuring excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Possess advanced English language skills (Upper-intermediate level) for effective communication with the team and stakeholders

  • Certification in Health Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Acquire familiarity with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud), enriching the team's technical knowledge base
  • Possess knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft, facilitating seamless integration with other systems
