We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Software Architect II to join our remote team and collaborate on a cutting-edge project for our client, a global leader in the software industry.

As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, leveraging your expertise in the Salesforce platform and Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud). You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet project goals and timelines. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring the implementation of best practices and efficient software development processes.

responsibilities
  • Craft and implement intricate Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with specified requirements and best practices
    • Work collaboratively with developers and stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
      • Lead and mentor a team of developers, offering technical expertise, support, and guidance
        • Provide mentorship and support to less experienced developers, steering them towards continuous growth and success
          • Generate clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Salesforce Apex, optimizing system performance
            • Diagnose complex issues and deliver scalable, performant solutions to enhance overall functionality
              • Ensure all Salesforce solutions adhere to industry standards, best practices, and meet security and compliance requirements
                • Propel innovation and continual improvement in Salesforce development practices and technologies
                  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they deliver efficient and reliable services to our clients
                    requirements
                    • Possess a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, with a strong emphasis on developing and designing complex solutions
                      • Demonstrate at least 3 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on involvement in the last 3 years
                        • Showcase at least 2 years of experience as a Software Architect
                          • Exhibit expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud), understanding their benefits and limitations
                            • Have extensive experience with Salesforce Apex, showcasing a track record of designing and developing complex Apex code
                              • Demonstrate experience leading and implementing at least one full-cycle design and architecture project from inception
                                • Prove your ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
                                  • Exhibit strong experience in Salesforce integration, including REST API and other integration methods
                                    • Showcase expertise in Salesforce development best practices and a deep understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle
                                      • Bring experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality software within a fast-paced environment
                                        • Possess advanced English language skills (C1+ level) for effective communication with the team and stakeholders

                                          • Experience with MuleSoft, enabling seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems
