We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Architect II with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Patient Services Solution Implementation to join our team remotely.

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients in the healthcare industry. You will work closely with a team of developers, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality software that meets the client's needs and adheres to best practices.

responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative solutions for healthcare clients, utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Electronic Health Records Systems
  • Be a subject matter expert in Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud, guiding the team in best practices and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality software
  • Collaborate closely with other developers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that the solutions meet all specified requirements
  • Lead the development team, providing technical expertise, support, and mentorship
  • Ensure that all systems comply with the Salesforce Security Model and the client's infrastructure and security standards, adhering to best practices
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation as required, effectively communicating software design and implementation
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development practices and technologies
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the systems in the Salesforce environment
  • Utilize Salesforce LEAP for effective project management and delivery
requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of practical hands-on experience in Salesforce development
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Architect, with a focus on Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud
  • At least 3 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
  • Experience in implementing Patient Service Solutions, especially with LEAP
  • Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Experience, and the Salesforce Security Model
  • Strong understanding of the Electronic Health Records Systems (EHRs) and their role in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges and provide optimal solutions
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Advanced English language skills (Upper-intermediate level) for effective communication with the team and stakeholders
nice to have
  • Certification in Health Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Familiarity with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud), broadening the technical knowledge within the team
  • Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft, facilitating seamless integration with other systems
