SAP Cloud Integration Software Architect
We are seeking a remote SAP Cloud Integration Software Architect with extensive experience in SAP PI/PO and Cloud Integration, SAP ABAP in S/4HANA, and SAP Process Orchestration to join our team.
In this role, you will participate in large-scale SAP implementation projects as a Solution Architect, designing, evaluating, and documenting reliable and scalable integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP integration leveraging various technologies. You will also provide input to architecture, security, and data standards, ensuring governance and compliance with these standards. responsibilities
- Participate in large-scale SAP implementation projects as a Solution Architect
- Design, evaluate, and document reliable and scalable integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP integration leveraging various technologies (SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, Kafka, 3rd party application integration services and solutions, etc.)
- Provide input to architecture, security, and data standards, ensuring governance and compliance with these standards
- Participate in pre-sales activities as a technical consultant in the integration area
- Collaborate with customers to present and explain solutions, gather NFRs
- Estimate work efforts related to integration development and technical architecture components
- Advise on SAP CIO Guides (On-premises / Cloud / Hybrid), Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M), Application Extension Methodology, RISE with SAP
- Enforce best practices and continuous improvement culture on the project
- Expand your knowledge and experience in SAP systems and beyond
requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA
- At least 2 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
- At least 1 year of experience as an Integration Solution Architect in a large-scale SAP project
- A good foundation in Software Architecture, especially the one connected with system integration (EDA, SOA, messaging, EIP, etc.)
- Expertise in SAP PI/PO and Cloud Integration, SAP ABAP in S/4HANA, and SAP Process Orchestration
- Understanding of different Integration Styles and Use-Case Patterns, and respective solutions from SAP Portfolio (and other vendors)
- Experience designing system integration solutions in big heterogeneous enterprise landscapes
- Broad knowledge of different integration tools and platforms, ability to design solutions using various technologies
- Ability to operate with non-functional requirements and quality attributes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, readiness to communicate with customers
- Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level

- Ability to identify solution gaps and develop gap closure options
- Understanding of one or more business domains
- Experience in one of the cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Certifications from SAP or other vendors
- Capability to present SAP features and innovations filtered and focused on potential customer needs
