Senior Accessibility Consultant
We are looking for a Senior Accessibility Consultant to join our remote team. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accessibility Testing and a strong understanding of world standards and best practices. You will be responsible for creating and improving products for the world's best services. As a Senior Accessibility Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to conduct workshops, present, explain, and advocate accessibility-based decisions. You will also participate in brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

- Create and improve products for the world's best services, ensuring A11y compliance
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and provide A11y recommendations
- Participate in brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions to provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to increase their awareness of A11y standards and best practices
- Develop A11y specifications for new and existing products
- Compile A11y Compliance Reports/VPATs
- Evaluate and test products for A11y compliance using various tools and techniques
- Present, explain, and advocate A11y-based decisions to stakeholders
- Provide expert consultancy on A11y-related topics
requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accessibility Testing
- Expertise in A11y Compliance Report/VPAT Compilation
- Strong understanding of A11y Standards and their implementation in SDLC
- Experience in Accessibility Specification development
- Proficient in using screen readers and other assistive technologies
- Thorough understanding of WAI-ARIA as a part of A11y review
- Expertise in using A11y Evaluation Tools
- Proven experience in consultancy and conducting workshops
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team to deliver high-quality results
- Fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate level, with excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience in Accessibility processing of documents
- Familiarity with Accessibility in HTML/CSS
