We are currently looking for a remote Senior Android Software Engineer with good command of Android development with Kotlin and MVVM to join our team.

The customer is an American multinational retail corporation that operates a chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores, and grocery stores.

responsibilities
  • Ensure and increase code coverage
    • Improve application performance
      • Contribute to the new Android native application development
        requirements
        • 3+ years of experience developing for Android platform
          • Good command of Android development with Kotlin and MVVM
            • Extensive knowledge of Android threading model and Android internals with emphasis on performance
              • Experience with Espresso for unit testing & code coverage (client seeks code coverage above 90%)
                • Experience with open-source technologies and cloud services
                  • English level - B1+
