We are in search of a seasoned Senior Automation Tester in .NET to join our remote team.

As a Senior Automation Tester, your primary role involves crafting, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for both web and API applications. Your proficiency in C#, utilization of Web UI Test Automation Tools, and mastery of Test Automation Frameworks within the .NET environment are essential for contributing to the team's goal of delivering top-notch software solutions. Collaborating with the development team is a key aspect of ensuring thorough testing and adherence to the necessary quality standards for all software applications.

responsibilities

Generate and sustain automated test scripts for both web and API applications
Collaborate closely with the development team to guarantee comprehensive testing and compliance with quality standards
Identify, scrutinize, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content
Develop test cases, test plans, and test reports
Conduct manual testing as needed
Provide insights into project timelines and deliverables
Participate in code reviews, offering feedback on testability and automation
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the realm of automated testing

requirements

A minimum of 3.5 years of hands-on experience in automated testing within the .NET environment
Proficiency in C# programming
Hands-on familiarity with Web UI Test Automation Tools
Competence in Web Service and API Test Automation
Knowledge of Version Control Systems like Git
Solid understanding of Test Automation Framework Architecture in .NET and BDD Frameworks
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in a cross-functional team setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)

nice to have

Previous exposure to WebdriverIO and Selenium
Familiarity with RestSharp
Background in load and performance testing
Understanding of security testing concepts
