Senior Automation Tester (Python/Java/JavaScript) with AWS
We are in search of a Senior Automation Tester to become a remote member of our team.
Your role will encompass the preparation of test plans, test cases, and test data, alongside designing automation solutions from the ground up. This includes creating both automation and manual test cases. The project you'll be involved in revolves around automated testing in Python and Web Service/API Test Automation. Candidates who possess experience with Amazon S3 and Robot Framework are particularly appreciated. We also welcome those with a background in functional testing, automation production experience, and proficiency in other tech stacks such as Node.js, Java, and AWS.
responsibilities
- Test plan, test case, and test data preparation for automated testing in Python and Web Service/API Test Automation
- Automation solution design from scratch along with creation of both automation and manual test cases
- Backend testing (API) conduct making sure software products function correctly and efficiently
- Collaboration with other team members on various project testing
- Detailed and accurate report provision on testing outcomes, identifying areas for improvement
- Code review participation contributing to the constant improvement of the testing process
- Keeping abreast with the latest testing technologies and methodologies
requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in Automation testing with Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Profound knowledge of Python and experience with Web Service/API Test Automation
- Capability to design automation solutions from scratch and create both automation and manual test cases
- Backend testing (API) experience
- Strong comprehension of data-intense, data analysis, and real-time projects
- English fluency with an upper-intermediate proficiency level
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
nice to have
- AWS experience (S3, Cloudwatch, Lambda, CloudFormation)
- Experience with Robot Framework
- Functional testing experience with production experience in automation is also considered
