Senior AWS Developer for an Insurance Company

We are currently looking for a remote Senior AWS Developer to join the global team.

responsibilities
  • Instrumentation
    • Automated governance gates
      • Defining and incorporating Quality Gates
        • Prototyping Pilot Environment for new account strategy
          • Greenfield environment build (for Pilot)
            • Define Github Action templates for CI/CD
              • Implement defined templates within the pilot project
                requirements
                • 3+ years of experience as an AWS Developer
                  • Advanced knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, VPC, EKS/ECS, CloudWatch)
                    • Advanced knowledge of CI/CD
                      • Solid understanding of Terraform and AWS CloudFormation (IaC)
                        • Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes (OpenShift/EKS/ECS)
                          • Knowledge of Groovy
                            • Familiarity with SCM - source control managment
                              • Knowledge of Nexus
                                • Knowledge of hashicorp vault
                                  nice to have
                                  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana and/or other monitoring & Log aggregation tools
                                    • Knowledge of AWS CDK
                                      • Artifactory knowledge
                                        • Familiarity with IAM, secrets management, OAuth2
                                          • Familiarity with Solid Linux/Unix systems administration background
