We are seeking a highly skilled remote Senior Azure Cloud Support Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Azure services, including Identity, Governance, Compute, and FinOps along with Azure AVD + Nerdio Cloud PC farm.

Additionally, you will be responsible for Core services (AD, CA, DNS, DHCP, DFS), networking, VLANs, firewalls, understanding of ITIL processes, and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

  • Manage and support Azure services, including identity, governance, compute, FinOps, Azure AVD + Nerdio Cloud PC farm, and core services
    • Develop and maintain automation, IaC, and productivity stack to ensure high system availability
      • Monitor performance, automate, troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Windows Server and other related systems
        • Provide support to our clients in resolving technical issues and implementing solutions
          • Assess, recommend, and implement new technologies and solutions to improve system performance and overall efficiency
            • At least 3 years of experience in Azure Cloud support with a significant focus on Microsoft Azure and Cloud Eng Azure
              • Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server 2019, Hyper-V, and other related technologies
                • Excellent communication skills with an upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English
                  • Experience in managing and supporting multiple Azure services simultaneously
                    • Expert level in automation, IaC, and productivity stack
                      nice to have
                      • Experience with the implementation of security solutions, OpenSSL, and TLS
                        • Knowledge and experience in implementing a Cyber threat detection system
                          • Experience in training & mentoring junior team members
