- Requirements elicitation
- Backlog Management
- Users acceptance criteria specification
- Requirements validation and approval
- Support development team during the Sprint
- Initial validation of the functionality and Sprint Review
- Data model documentation maintenance
- Project Documentation maintenance (User Guides, Release Notes, Process Flows)
requirements
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Experienced in business process modeling
- Strong communication skills
- Experience and knowledge - Salesforce CRM required
- Jira/Confluence experience
