The customer is one of the world's leading applicant screening firms.
responsibilities
- Communication with the customer (Email, Meetings)
- Story writing
- Work with UX designer (EPAM)
- Communication with Dev and QA teams
requirements
- 3+ years` experience as a Business Analyst
- Ability to get into technical details
- Experience with documentation preparing (technical documents, how-to articles)
- Understanding and experience in Agile (Scrum)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, B2+ level of English
nice to have
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in the Background Screening domain
