Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support the ongoing development of our order system solution. Being part of the team, you will work on a project that involves supporting the local market solution roll-out. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with client local market leadership, marketing and sales teams, and local regulatory compliance SMEs to identify and create business process flow and requirements that enable the solution roll-out to different local markets. Additionally, you should be able to work in multi-vendor environments.

- Engage with client local market leadership, marketing and sales teams, and local regulatory compliance SMEs to identify and create business process flow and requirements that enable the solution roll-out to different local markets
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders
- Provide end-to-end analysis, including documenting and validating business requirements and translating them into functional and technical requirements
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to elicit and prioritize requirements, resolve issues, and develop solutions
- Work in a multi-vendor environment to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project
- Identify and manage risks and issues associated with the project
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of the solution roll-out process
- Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery
requirements
- Formal education in instructional design or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis with a focus on Supply Chain Management
- More than 3 years of experience using learning and multimedia development tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders at different levels of seniority
- Expert knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning, human-centered design, and interactive learning experiences
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and multimedia principles
- Experience in working with local regulatory compliance SMEs and cross-functional teams
- Advanced knowledge of assessing learning and program impact
- Knowledge of visual design
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Native-level English language writing and speaking ability
