Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our global team
responsibilities
- Identify Workspace Products requirements / dependencies on external services including AAA
- Capture requirements from consuming services
- Create and manage Citadel Desktop backlog
- Assist team to understand end-to-end flow
- Support the creation of migration (ForgeRock -> Ping) approach
- Develop backlog from requirements and identify any problems from the requirements; and subsequently manage the backlog in JIRA
requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Ability to analyze user journeys and multi-tiers system flow
- Understand system authentication and authorization
- Ability to use JIRA for managing backlog
