Engage and source clarity from our Business Stakeholders, vendors and UX & Design partners, through facilitation of workshops to derive and gather high-level requirements

Engage with the Product Owner, stakeholders, third party venders and others as needed to ratify, align and sense-check the ‘what’ (requirement), the ‘why’ (benefit) and the ‘how’ (solution)

Enable delivery of scope - utilise agile tools (JIRA, confluence, etc) to communicate and document clear, unambiguous functional and non-functional business requirements to agreed standards

Help to facilitate and actively participate in Agile delivery ceremonies: backlog grooming sessions, stand ups, reviews, retrospectives, demos

Collaboration with other teams at Company to reveal and clarify dependencies, align and improve user journey across applications

Support, evolve and consistently contribute to maintaining high-quality ways of working and outputs from the Digital BA team

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis

Practical experience in working with frond-end applications

Confident JIRA user

Experience in working and collaboration with design team

Technology understanding is highly appreciated

Great communication skill
