Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team and lead business analysis activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and objectives, developing and implementing business solutions, and managing and monitoring project deliverables to ensure timelines are met and solutions meet requirements. If you have a strong background in business analysis, experience with content management systems, content platforms, and e-commerce, and excellent planning and project management skills, we encourage you to apply.

responsibilities
  • Plan and conduct business analysis activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Identify, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives
      • Develop and implement business solutions that improve performance and productivity
        • Manage and monitor project deliverables to ensure timelines are met and solutions meet requirements
          requirements
          • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Analysis
            • Strong knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems, Content Platforms, and E-commerce
              • Excellent planning and project management skills
                • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
                  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
