Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our remote team.
This position will require you to review, elicit, and write formal specifications and communicate business requirements between development and the client to design and implement business solutions. You will be responsible for developing and improving business processes within the technology and business organizations and recommending and validating technical solutions to meet requirements based on an understanding of how technical solutions will impact the business and stakeholders.

- Review, elicit, and write formal specifications and communicate business requirements between development and client to design and implement business solutions
- Develop and improve business processes within the technology and business organizations and understand client requirements, specifying and analyzing these to a sufficient or expert level of detail to ensure clarity of definition
- Recommend and validate technical solutions to meet requirements based on an understanding of how technical solutions will impact the business and stakeholders as required
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced Technical Business Analysts
- Build and maintain a relationship with stakeholders
- Monitor and use a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs
requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a focus on SAP S4/HANA
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile
- Knowledge of Requirements and Change management
- Expertise in elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of client's business needs and requirements
- Ability to recommend and validate technical solutions to meet requirements based on an understanding of how technical solutions impact the business and stakeholders
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English at an upper-intermediate level
nice to have
- Experience in researching and analyzing current processes and recommending tools for implementation within a project department or division that meets user requirements and is cost-effective
- Experience in monitoring and adhering to metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and recommending metrics
