Senior Business Analyst for a Manufacturing Company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst to become a part of the team.

The customer is an American manufacturing company that predominantly sells audio equipment.

responsibilities

Customer communication
Customer' expectations management
Business requirements gathering through capturing of user stories, prototyping etc
Analysis of as-is processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
Design to-be business processes, perform impact & feasibility analysis of the requirements
Proactively interact with other teams in order to share knowledge and expertise
UX designs reviewing if any
Specifications (user stories) creation and reviewing
How-to documents planning, creation and reviewing
CRs management
Project scope prioritization between sprints
Daily sync-up meetings with the customer, project management and streams
Demo conducting

requirements

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
At least 2 years of relevant experience at Salesforce Service Cloud projects, knowledge of the SFSC platform, out-of-the box functionality, site components, key integration options
B2+ speaking English for regular communication
At least 2+ years’ experience in Agile Products, especially Digital Products
Skills in Requirements management systems
Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
CRs management experience
Strong interpersonal communications skills
Attention to to details
Self-motivated and works with minimal direction with lack or low level of documentatio
