Senior Business Analyst for a Retail Company
Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
The customer is a Belgian-Dutch grocery retail company. Its business format includes supermarkets, convenience stores, hypermarkets, online grocery, online non-food, drugstores, and liquor stores.
responsibilities
- Elicit requirements together with Solution Architect
- Work with client business, domain and technical stakeholders
- Create scope documents (Epic level), prioritise
- Approve scope with stakeholders (NO SINGLE PRODUCT OWNER ON CLIENT SIDE) - architects and managers
- Breakdown high level business Epics into requirements (features)
- Manage backlog in JIRA, prioritise (WSJF)
- Write detailed technical documentation (design, tasks descriptions)
- Make stories ready for development (refinements) and make sure that developers have enough requirements ready for development for next weeks
- Adjust, monitor and report on requirements management process. Raise issues to DMs
- Suggest process improvement wherever possible
requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Very strong analytical skills
- APIs / REST / Backend systems experience
- Technical documentations - Advanced
- JIRA & Confluence - Advanced
- Proactive position to solve complex tasks and be able to balance priorities while achieving sustainable results in managing backlog
- English - B2+
