Currently, we are looking for a Remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
The customer is a leading wholesale provider of reinsurance, insurance, and other insurance-based forms of risk transfer. Dealing direct and working through brokers, its global client base consists of insurance companies, mid-to-large-sized corporations, and public sector clients.
responsibilities
- Be a part of the squad to refine stories with the product owner
- Work on refining the stories, defining acceptance criteria, supporting development team for clarifications, preparing the backlog for future sprints
- Able to understand underlying digital platform
- Help clients understand the best mix of technologies, design solutions and services and how they should be delivered to maximize effectiveness
requirements
- Experience working in the projects from the discovery phase to production
- Excellent soft skills, able to manage stakeholders
- Experience working in digital projects
- Managing his/her own priorities and deliverables effectively and transparently
- Expert in requirements elicitation, documenting and management
- Experience in writing User Stories with Acceptance Criteria
- Familiar with a range of diagramming and UI prototyping tools
- Understanding of Azure DevOps tool
- High level understanding of modern technologies
- Experience working in Scrum project
- Business development mindset
- 3+ years of relevant experience
