Senior Business Analyst for Real Estate Company

Currently, we are looking for a Remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

Our customer is a global leader in rental housing with expertise in real estate sectors across multiple geographies.

responsibilities

Drive scope baselining for the brand-new native iOS/Android mobile app experience based on findings from project Discovery phase
Adjust/set up Business Analysis process in alignment with identified project needs (some initial process set-up may be defined during project discovery and will require tuning)
Work with customer stakeholders/SMEs to define functional / non-functional / integration requirements in close cooperation with Azure and Mobile Solution Architects
Align with EPAM BA(s) on adjacent workstreams (Dynamics365, Data)
Collaborate with Experience Design team to incorporate CX/UX, branding and visual design strategy
Be responsible for scope management / change management process during solution implementation
Facilitate obtaining requirements sign-off
Facilitate UAT process with the Customer and Delivery Team and obtain sign-off for delivered functional scope
Support complex systems UAT and rollout to production onsite
Act as a connection point between the Customer and Delivery Team
