Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Business Analyst to join our team.
responsibilities
- Analysis of requests for new triggers creation: data investigation, communication with request/data owners
- Turn PRDs into SRSs
- Manage and analyze the change requests
- Ensure requirements traceability
- Prepare and facilitate refinement sessions
- Decompose the requirements into User Stories
- Maintain estimation and prioritization
- Manage Product and Sprint Backlog
- Communicate and clarify the requirements
requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Understanding of EPAM internal processes and mapping them to software requirements
- Interest in Digital Adoption domain
- Familiar with Agile methodology and Scrum framework
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- High attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
- Technical background is a plus
- English level B2+ and higher
