Senior C++ Developer
We are seeking a remote Senior C++ Developer to join our team.
As part of the team, you will be responsible for developing new features, improving automation, increasing reliability, and improving observability. You will work closely with the client and server teams to create new features for the game. Additionally, you will collaborate with the web and community teams to create new features.
responsibilities
- Develop new features and improve automation for game clients and servers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create new features for the game
- Ensure reliability and improve observability for the game
- Identify and troubleshoot memory issues and use static analysis tools such as Windbg, Dr memory, and Valgrind
- Lead code reviews and ensure code quality
- Use multithreaded programming and network programming skills to optimize game performance
requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with C++
- Advanced knowledge in C++ core, memory management, and OOP
- Experience with game engines (preferably Essence, Unreal)
- Experience with network protocols
- Proficiency with Git, Perforce, CMake, and Visual Studio
- Knowledge of Memory issues troubleshooting (dynamic memory)
- Experience working with web sockets
- Familiarity with Static analysis tools (Windbg, Dr memory, Valgrind, etc)
- Experience with Multithreaded programming
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- B2+ English level proficiency

- Experience in C++ in Windows-only environments
