Senior Data Engineer Scala
We are seeking a remote Senior Data Engineer Scala. The candidate will be working with global team members.
responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and data models
- Design, implement and evolve data warehouses in a cloud-based infrastructure
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate the integration of data systems
- Ensure the quality of data through testing, profiling and monitoring
- Advise and mentor the team on best practices for data engineering
requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Software Engineering
- Expertise in Scala programming language, Databricks and AWS landscape
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD and Github
- Ability to build Apache Airflow pipelines
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (B2+)

- Knowledge of Presto, Apache Superset is a strong plus
