Senior Developer in Python.Core for an Insurance Company

Currently we are looking for a remote Senior Developer in Python.Core to join our global team.

The customer is an insurance company that offers surety bonds to construction, engineering, oil and gas, manufacturing, defence, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, transportation, and retail sectors.

responsibilities
  • Implementing of AWS Lambdas using Python
    • Writing unit/integration tests for services
      • Implementing of REST API services
        • Writing project configs based on YAML
          • Creating services to read/write/update data from/to NoSQL DB
            requirements
            • Strong experience with: Python or any programming language like C#, Java, Scala
              • Good understanding of main AWS services and structure
                • Good understanding of NoSQL DBs
                  • Nice to have the experience to write Microservices
                    • Nice to have experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
                      • English level B2+ for communication with English speaking colleagues and customer
                        • At least 3 years of working experience
                          nice to have
                          • Knowledge of MongoDB
