Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in CI/CD, Microsoft Azure, YAML, and Jira, to join our remote team and work on high-impact projects for our customer. You will join daily calls, report progress, advise on DevOps best practices, and take a lead role in implementation.

responsibilities

Support and migrate Azure DevOps/Infrastructure
Work closely with the Saint-Gobain Head of DevOps, join daily calls, report progress, advise on DevOps best practices, and take a lead role in implementation
Configure and manage monitoring and logging systems, such as ELK or Splunk
Collaborate with development teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines
Create and maintain infrastructure as code using YAML
Develop and maintain automated infrastructure deployment and configuration management tools
Provide technical assistance and support to development teams, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Participate in code and infrastructure reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables
Maintain knowledge of emerging DevOps technologies and industry trends

requirements

3+ years of experience in DevOps, with expertise in CI/CD, YAML, Microsoft Azure, and Jira
Experience with Mulesoft and Salesforce CRM MVP
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Expertise in deploying and managing cloud-based infrastructure
Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
Ability to configure and manage monitoring and logging systems, such as ELK or Splunk
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Git and Git-based workflows
Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level

Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
