Senior DevOps Engineer
We are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team and help us unify and standardize our DevOps practices for all projects in our portfolio. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, application hosting, and monitoring infrastructure for dozens of projects using Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux on Azure-based DevOps services.

- Design, build, and maintain our CI/CD pipelines, application hosting, and monitoring infrastructure for dozens of projects using Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux on Azure-based DevOps services
- Standardize and optimize our DevOps practices to improve developer ergonomics, application reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that our DevOps solutions are aligned with project requirements and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DevOps infrastructure and services, including performance, reliability, and security
- Develop and maintain documentation for our DevOps practices and infrastructure
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers and developers
requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps with a strong focus on CI/CD, application hosting, and monitoring infrastructure
- Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, deployment, and orchestration
- Strong knowledge of Linux-based systems administration and scripting
- Experience in designing and implementing modern DevOps practices, such as auto-scaling, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery
- Ability to design and implement monitoring, tracing, and logging solutions for large-scale distributed systems
- Experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Gitlab CI, or Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of networking and security principles, including firewalls, load balancers, and SSL/TLS certificates
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level
