Senior Dynamics 365/Power Platform Consultant

We are seeking a remote Senior Dynamics 365/Power Platform Consultant to join our team. Your primary focus will be on gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis for Dynamics 365 Resource Scheduling. You will be responsible for configuring Dynamics Resource Scheduling based on documented requirements and best practices. As a senior member of the team, you will define resource scheduling parameters, scheduling boards, and resource pools to align with organizational objectives and scheduling strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with Dynamics Developers to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and functional configurations.

responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis for Dynamics365 Resource Scheduling
Configure Dynamics Resource Scheduling based on documented requirements and best practices
Define resource scheduling parameters, scheduling boards, and resource pools to align with organizational objectives and scheduling strategies
Conduct user training sessions and develop user adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Dynamics 365
Collaborate with Dynamics Developers to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and functional configurations
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and recommendations for system enhancements and optimization

requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with a track record of delivering successful projects
Expertise in Dynamics Universal Resource Scheduling capabilities and experience configuring solutions for resource management
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 configuration
Experience in Agile methodologies
Knowledge of Azure Devops
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to stakeholders
Strong understanding of business processes, resource management principles, and scheduling best practices
Fluency in English language, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level competency for seamless communication with the team and stakeholders

Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate
