Senior Java Backend Developer (Hibernate)
We are seeking a highly experienced remote Senior Java Backend Developer with expertise in Hibernate to join our team.
As a Senior Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for effective coordination with the team/project stakeholder management, participating in code review activities, mentoring junior developers and taking delivery responsibility of assigned projects, and ensuring that work is completed as per expected timelines. You should have an upper-intermediate level of English and excellent knowledge of design patterns, Spring boot features, Rest API principles, serialization, and deserialization.
responsibilities
- Effectively executing the end-to-end projects from the requirement phase till the PROD deployment phase
- Taking responsibility for effective coordination with team/project stakeholder management
- Mentoring junior developers and taking delivery responsibility for assigned projects
- Ensuring that work is completed as per expected timelines and quality standards are met
- Participating in code review activities and identifying technical gaps in junior team members and solving their technical issues
requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Java Backend Developer
- Hands-on experience with Java Hibernate Stack
- An excellent understanding of OOA/OOD and good knowledge of MVC and ORM frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
- Familiarity with messaging middleware like WebSphere MQ/ Apache Kafka and Postgres databases
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- B2+ English level
