Senior Java Developer
We are looking for a remote Senior Java Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have primary skills in Java and must have skills in Hibernate Stack and Agile development.
responsibilities
- Implement new business features within Loyalty platform built by EPAM
- Discuss requirements with product owner as a part of the team and propose a tech solution
- Build clean code, unit test it, document changes, and undergo a code review process
- Support deployment to upper environments by providing necessary instructions and/or scripts and troubleshoot any issues
requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a modern enterprise with Java stack
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, and Git, with familiarity in Code Review process
- Must have unit testing experience with readiness to learn and troubleshoot skills
- Knowledge of Microservices
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency level
nice to have
- Experience or desire to create automated tests for own code is a plus.
- Prior experience with IHG ecosystem and understanding of Hotels business or Loyalty platforms
- Basic Linux knowledge is a plus
