Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a proactive Senior Java Developer to join our remote team and work on a high-quality product in a cloud environment. You will be responsible for developing and improving the product, ensuring that it meets or exceeds customer expectations. Your expertise in Java and data structures and algorithms will be essential in delivering high-quality products. You will also utilize your knowledge of Kotlin, Scala, Go language, React.js, and Amazon Web Services to create scalable, performant, and reliable software. Your experience in microservices, Spring, and APIs and integration standards will enable you to design and implement complex systems.

responsibilities
  • Work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software products that meet customer expectations
    • Design and implement scalable, performant, and reliable software
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver the product on time and within budget
        • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards
          • Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and best practices
            • Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow their skills and knowledge
              requirements
              • 4+ years of experience with Java, including experience with clean code and system design
                • Expertise in data structures and algorithms
                  • Proficiency in Kotlin, Scala, or Go language
                    • Experience with React.js and AWS
                      • Familiarity with microservices, Spring, and API and integration standards
                        • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL tools and experience with CI/CD processes
                          • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
                            • Fluent in English with an upper-intermediate level of proficiency
                              nice to have
                              • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
