Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based software and applications, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements, envision system features, and choose optimal solutions to implement and monitor them. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring junior developers, ensuring that best practices are followed and high-quality code is delivered.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements, envision system features, and choose optimal solutions
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based software and applications, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle
Ensure that best practices are followed and high-quality code is delivered
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth
Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code is of high quality, maintainable, and scalable
Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test cases
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development

requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development, demonstrating your expertise in Java Core and Spring Framework
Strong experience in Spring Boot, RESTful web services, and PostgreSQL
Experience in implementing a reliable system, showcasing your ability to design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions
Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like JUnit5 and Mockito
Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership skills, enabling you to lead and mentor junior developers
Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

nice to have

Experience with cloud platforms like Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
Proficiency in JavaScript and Angular framework
Experience in frontend unit testing
