We are eager to hire a Senior Java Developer for our remote team. This role requires deep AWS knowledge and a specific understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

Shouldering the position of our Product Engineer, you'll have the task of crafting and developing software solutions that are both scalable and easy to maintain. You're required to demonstrate mastery in various technological areas including Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language, as well as Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure. The role involves interfacing with a collective of developers, testers, and other team members to assure punctual and successful product delivery.

responsibilities

Collaboration with manifold teams to comprehend project requisites and formulate solutions
Creation and execution of easily scalable and maintainable software solutions
Development and caring for code while observing clean coding principles
Implementation of code reviews to enforce conformance with coding standards
Establishment and upkeep of automated tests to certify the quality of deliverables
Active engagement in the Agile/Scrum development process and ceremonies
Assurance of code delivery both punctual and of quality
Documentation of both code and systemic architecture
Enthusiastic involvement in system design and architecture discussions
Provision of technical support along with mentorship to budding developers

requirements

A compulsory Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or in a similar area of study
A minimum requisite of 4 years in software development, particularly focusing on Java
Prior acquaintance with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Mastery in Data Structures and Algorithms
Hands-on experience in either Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language
Thorough understanding and application of both SQL and NoSQL tools along with APIs and Integration
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools
Mastery of Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure
Strong inclination towards taking ownership and proactive problem-solving skills
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, at the Upper-Intermediate level or above

nice to have

Previous engagement with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Big Data technologies, namely Hadoop and Spark
Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI technologies
