Senior Java Developer (Data Structures and Algorithms)
We're seeking a Senior Java Developer possessing AWS expertise and a solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to join our remote team as a Product Engineer.
The role entails designing and building scalable and maintainable software solutions. Your variety of skills must include Java, Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language, as well as Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure. Your duties will involve collaborating with a team of developers, testers, and other stakeholders and ensuring timely and successful product delivery.
responsibilities
- Cross-functional team collaboration to understand project requirements and generate solutions
- Creation and execution of scalable and maintainable software
- Clean code generation and maintenance
- Conducting code reviews for coding standard compliance
- Creation and maintenance of automated tests for deliverable quality assurance
- Participation in Agile/Scrum development process and ceremonies
- Timely and quality code delivery assurance
- Code and system architecture documentation
- Involvement in system design and architecture dialogues
- Provision of technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar field
- A minimum of 4 years of software development expertise, predominantly in Java
- Previous experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms
- Prior work with Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL tools, APIs, and Integration
- Acquaintance with CI/CD processes and tools
- Advanced skills in Spring and Java Microservice Infrastructure
- An innate sense of ownership and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Fluent English communication skills at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher for effective remote team collaboration

- Previous work with Docker and Kubernetes containerization technologies
- Big Data technology experience, including Hadoop and Spark
